Account and app help

Delete your account and data
You can permanently delete your account and every record from Profile inside the app. If you can't sign in, email us from your account address and we'll action it.
Privacy and security requests
Data access requests, corrections, or vulnerability reports. We aim to acknowledge security reports within two business days.
Emergencies
Preventive Health Checks is an educational record-keeping tool and cannot help in a medical emergency. If you feel unwell or a result worries you, contact a qualified clinician or your local emergency number immediately.
