Vitals is a structured place to keep your numbers and a set of published clinical models that read them. Here is the whole journey, start to finish.

    Create a free account

    Email and password, no card. The onboarding wizard asks for your age, sex, height, weight and the basics of your medical history.

  2. 02

    Enter your labs, or scan the report

    Type your blood pressure, glucose, HbA1c and lipid panel into the multi-step questionnaire — or upload a lab PDF or photo and let the AI scanner prefill the fields for you to confirm.

  3. 03

    Read your risk scores

    Vitals runs published clinical models over your numbers and flags hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, PCOS and metabolic syndrome against standard ranges, alongside 10-year cardiovascular, fracture, kidney, insulin-resistance and lifetime cancer estimates.

  4. 04

    Act, then track the trend

    You get a lifestyle action plan, a preventive screening calendar and reminders. Log again over time and the trend charts and doctor-ready PDFs show whether things are moving in the right direction.

The models behind the scores

Nothing in Vitals is a made-up score. Every estimate comes from a published equation or guideline, and each result page names its source so you can check it.
